2026 Subgrant Award Report (SAR) Part 2
  • Subgrant Award Report (SAR) Part 2 Budget Questions

  • Completion of the Subgrant Award Report (SAR) is a requirement of the federal Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) for agencies receiving Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding. This form is completed in the federal  Performance Management Tool (PMT) system by the Office for Victims Programs (OVP) staff at DCJ. A SAR  must be completed for each individual VOCA grant an agency receives. The SAR consists of a Part 1 and a Part 2. OVP has all of the information it needs to complete Part 1 of the form (this includes general  information such as agency name, address, project start date, etc.) and most of Part 2. However, in order  to assist OVP/DCJ staff in completing Part 2 of the SAR, it is necessary for our grantees to answer the  questions on this form.

Please complete this form by Friday February 13th. If you have any questions while completing this form, please contact the VOCA Administrator, Linsey Wingfield, at linsey.wingfield@state.co.us.
